Beyoncé Gets Accused Of Fraud By A Wedding Planner For Using Daughter’s Name As Trademark
Beyoncé Knowles-Carter is an American singer-actress-songwriter born and raised in Houston, Texas. The singing sensation has been the queen of music since a very young age and has won 23 Grammy awards and is the most nominated woman in the award’s history. Beyoncé has been married to singer Jay-Z since 2008 and the couple are parents to three children. Beyoncé and Jay-Z have named their eldest daughter Blue Ivy-Carter and recently, they got accused of cheating by a wedding planner for using her trademark for promoting their products.

 Beyoncé has been alleged of cheating by a wedding planner for years now, the lady has been battling with the singer over her Blue Ivy Trademark. As Beyoncé and Jay-Z have named their first child, daughter by the name Blue Ivy-Carter, she has been caught up in a legal tiff with planner Veronica Morales regarding the title of her company since 2017. Beyoncé tried to trademark her daughter name ‘Blue Ivy’ the same year to promote her products.


The wedding planner Veronica Morales claims that the singing sensation has committed fraud and submitted a proof regarding the same. According to a report in Timesnownews.com, Veronica submitted a sworn declaration to the United States and Trademark Office sharing that she got ‘a bona fide intention’ to use the name Blue Ivy Carter. Further on, the wedding planner also accused the singer of failing to prove documents of evidence on how she used the trademark which was not hers. Morales later added that Beyoncé was inappropriately trying to get her hands on the trademark.


According to Veronica Morales, Knowles is acting inappropriately and staying away from the case and is also refusing to respond to several questions related to the matter. She later pointed out that Jay-Z the father of Blue Ivy-Carter and husband of Beyoncé also recently spoke to Vanity Fair accepting that they had no aim in any way to use the Blue Ivy mark to sell their products off and get profited out of it but instead wanted to stop others from benefitting from the name. The wedding planner finally concluded by supporting Beyoncé and mentioning that she thinks the singer never had intentions to use the trademark in her business but instead wanted to prevent others from using and benefitting out of it. 


The Grammy award winning singer was recently in India to perform for the sangeet ceremony of Mukesh and Nita Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani. The singer rocked the stage and the audience at the sangeet enjoyed the show put by the star.
